Return and Refund Policy

However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations or requirements. In such cases, we are pleased to offer you our hassle-free return and refund policy.

Return Policy:

You have a generous thirty-day window, starting from the date of delivery, to initiate a return of your purchased item(s). During this period, you can return the product(s) to us without any hassle or additional charges. Please follow these steps for a smooth return process:

  1. Email us at newlifevault.customerservice@gmail.com to request the return information. Kindly include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

  2. Once we receive your email, our customer support team will promptly generate the information for you to return the product and send it to the email address associated with your order.

  3. Follow all directions, and ship the product back to the office as listed: 3101 N. Central Ave, STE 183 #4200 Phoenix, AZ 85012

  4. Take the package to your nearest USPS shipping location and send it back to us.

Please note that the returned item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Refund Policy:

Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will initiate the refund process. Your refund will be processed within three to five business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method you used during the purchase. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and reflect it in your account.

We would like to emphasize that the three-to-five-day refund policy are effective from the date we receive the returned item(s). Once we have confirmed the return and initiated the refund, the processing time mentioned above will come into effect.
